Pumpkin spice, it’s everywhere! Seriously, remember five years ago when pumpkin spice was reserved to like two items, now it’s in almost everything at the grocery store?! I mean, I’m not complaining, I live for this time of year. However, some pumpkin spice flavored foods are downright disgusting.
As you can imagine, I’ve tried a good number of these and I’m here to give you the tea on what is actually good. So, if you’re interested in finding out if Pumpkin Spice Cheerios are amazing or not, then keep on reading! (Also FYI, the majority of these are not healthy, so limit yourself if you’re trying to watch what you eat!)
BelVita breakfast biscuits are my jam! They provide 19g of whole grain and keep you full for hours. Perfect as an on-the-go snack or something to munch on at work. I usually am all about the cranberry orange flavor, but the other day at the grocery store I saw they had pumpkin spice!
These have now become one of my favorite pumpkin spice foods to ever exist. The flavor isn’t overpowering or fake tasting, just the perfect amount of pumpkin spice. Will definitely be stocking up on these!
I am not huge a cereal person anymore, but sometimes the mood strikes. Typically if I’m buying cereal, I go for like shredded wheat or Honey Bunches of Oats, but after seeing these, they are all that I buy during the season.
This is another item where the flavor isn’t overpowering and doesn’t taste fake. What I actually love about these is the flavor they make the milk. They turn it in to a pumpkin pie dream. So good and I highly recommend.
You already know I’m putting this on here! However, I will say that there is a specific way I have to order my PSL in order for me to actually like it. A lot of complaints I see about the PSL’s is that they are too sweet. If you’re ordering it with no changes or substitutions, then I totally agree.
It has taken me a few years, but I have finally perfected my PSL order! Say I am getting a Grande. If I ordered the traditional PSL they would give me 4 pumps of syrup, whip cream, and 2% milk. A total of 380 calories (yikes).
Here is my order:
- Skinny (nonfat milk and no whip cream)
- 2 pumps of syrup versus 4
Not only does this take the caloric count from 380 to 220, your teeth won’t feel like they are getting multiple cavities from the sweetness. This will forever be the way that I order my PSLs!
If you needed another pumpkin spice breakfast item to pair with your BelVita biscuits, look no further! Chobani flips are great during the rest of the year, but the pumpkin harvest flip is honestly so refreshing. It’s a real pumpkin flavor and really isn’t overly sweet.
Real pumpkin pie pieces put together with Dairy Queen’s vanilla soft serve, I present to you a masterpiece for your tastebuds. This is in now way healthy or low in calories, but it’s the perfect Fall treat that tastes like pumpkin pie!
Cream cheese. Pumpkin spice. Need I saw anymore? You already know I’m all about the carbs. So the fact that now I have a pumpkin spice cream cheese to put on all things bread just solidifies how amazing this is.
OH. MY. GOD. My life is complete. Seriously. I don’t think it can get any better after having these stellar truffles from Godiva. Pumpkin spice and cheesecake ganache in a milk chocolate shell, pure heaven.

Yes, there is even a pumpkin spice alcohol! Original Kahlua is amazing on it own, so adding pumpkin spice flavoring to it is just out of this world! If you didn’t know, Kailua is a rum and coffee liquer. Add this to hot chocolate and your mind will be blown!
