Welcome back to Haley’s Beauty Room! So I ran a poll on my Twitter and Facebook pages to see if you would rather read about my Eyeshadow or Blush/Bronzer/Highlight collection. They were pretty much tied, with Eyeshadow having just a few more votes.
Don’t fret, I will also put together a post on my Blush/Bronzer/Highlights! If you would like to vote in future polls, just follow me on all of my socials, which I linked above. So, without any further ado, let’s get into my collection!
Not too long after starting my blog, I wrote about how much I love these single shadows from Colourpop. They are pigmented, creamy, blendable, and last all day long on your eyelid. Yes, I know these are technically single shadows and not a palette, but I have so many of them I put them all in a Colourpop Z Palette, so it kind of works, right?
If you are looking for affordable, single shadows, I highly recommend these! I reach for these all of the time and they never disappoint!
FYI- All liquid lips are 30% off at Colourpop RIGHT NOW!
This one has been discussed by basically every beauty guru under the sun, so I’ll keep this short. This palette is fantastic and lives up to the hype. The shadows are great, the colors work well, and it’s super travel friendly.
There is a reason why this product has 5 star reviews everywhere!
Anastasia Tamana Eyeshadow Palette
This was actually a limited edition palette and one of, if not the first, eyeshadow palette Anastasia ever released. This palette is good, but obviously they have perfected the eyeshadow formula over the years to give us the Mod. Ren. and Soft Glam.
I used this all the time when I first bought it and I will occasionally reach for one or two colors. I should probably throw it away because I’m sure it’s expired!
I purchased his palette half off at Ulta one day. I was just standing in line and there it was, so I said, “Why not?” Honestly, that was one of my better decisions because I am obsessed with this palette. Out of all of the the palettes in my collection, this is the most travel friendly, since it is light and compact.
The shadows smell like a vanilla dream and work super well. They are not as pigmented as I would like them to be, but they are so bendable and work great for day-to-day wear that I don’t have a problem with it.
Highly recommend for someone who likes warmer tones and creamy shadows.
Okay, so I put these two palettes together because I have similar feelings about them. I bought these when Morphe was just starting to become all the rage. That being said, I think it comes down to you get what you pay for.
The shadows are alright, but they aren’t anything to write home about. The metallics really have to be built up with a damp brush and the mattes blend just alright.
I will say that I have heard since Morphe’s rebranding that the formula has improved. So maybe these palette have as well? The colors are pretty and I think they are good choices if you are on a budget and need a larger color selection.
I have to be honest, I got this palette about two months ago, and I haven’t even touched it. Other than to do swatches that is. I do want to clarify that that doesn’t mean I think it’s bad! The colors are just very shimmery and metallic and I haven’t had an occasion to use them!
Ever since this was released, I had been lusting after this palette. I just bought it because I believe Jouer was having a 30% off sale, so I snagged it up! It’s beautiful and I think I will get a ton of use out of it during the Holidays!
Probably my favorite eyeshadow palette ever! I also wrote a dedicated post on this palette. This was released this past Fall and I was/am obsessed. I still don’t understand how a palette this affordable is this high quality. It’s hard to describe through here, you just need to try it yourself!

Lorac Gold Satin Eyeshadow Quad
To the best of my knowledge, I think this quad came in a holiday gift set that was distributed between the family. I love this palette for traveling, but haven’t used it much since there really isn’t a transition shade in here, just shimmers and metallics.
This palette is pretty and the shadows are good, but I reach for my other palettes a lot more.
Before the Modern Renaissance came into my life, this palette was my go-to every single day. The Rose Gold tones just spoke to me! This palette has a great mix of mattes, satins, and metallics, to give you a perfect look.
However, these shadows aren’t as creamy or pigmented as other palettes in my collection. They are a bit dry to work with, but if you have patience the look will turn out beautiful.
Too Faced The Return of Sexy Eyeshadow Palette
The absolute first eyeshadow palette to ever join my collection and I have no idea why I still have it. Not that it was bad, but it is obviously very expired and going on 7 years since I received it.
Up until recently, they were actually still selling this too. The colors are pretty, but they aren’t that pigmented and are super glittery. It’s a fun palette, but I almost never reach for it.
However, the black eyeliner that came with this was/is bomb! Super creamy, pigmented, and lasts all day!
If you read my recent posts, you know this is one of my fave palettes ever. This eyeshadow palette is sooooo good and it’s only $7! Check out my post on this palette for more details!
