Welcome back to Haley’s Beauty Room! There are new beauty releases every week and it’s so hard to keep up. Lately, I have only been interested in drugstore releases and products. They have really been on par with high end items at a quarter of the price. How can I say no to that?
Over the past few months, I have tried out some new drugstore items and others that have been at the drugstore for forever, but never made it into my collection. These products are my current favorites that I use basically every time I do my makeup.
They are affordable, awesome, and you will not be disappointed. Let’s break down my favorites!
Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define
The only concealer I have been using since I purchased it. The Makeup Revolution Conceal and Define Concealer rivals the Tarte Shape Tape in my opinion. It’s full coverage, hardly creases, and is only $7.

Physicians Formula The Healthy Foundation
This foundation is sooooo good. It looks amazing on the skin, hydrates, is skin like, is long wearing, and has great coverage. I wear this on a daily basis, especially for office makeup since it looks so natural.
I also have a dedicated post to this product since I love it so much! Read more here.
Pixi Glow Mist
If you needy glowy skin or a ton of hydration, this spray is hands down the best. I use this spray after my skincare routine, right before makeup application, and to set my face if I need some extra dewiness.
This product contains 13 natural oils and aloe vera. It really is a great treat for your skin, especially if you suffer with dry skin! I think this is now my favorite face mist ever! Will definitely repurchase.
This item is $15 and can be purchased here.
J. Cat Beauty Aura Glow LIquid Highlighter
The only liquid highlighter in my routine at the moment, the J. Cat Beauty Aura Glow Liquid Highlighter. This Argan Oil infused highlighter gives you that dewy look and radiant appearance. I love mixing this with my foundation or applying all over my face before foundation.
The finish is beautiful and it lasts all day. Plus, it never gets oily or messes with your foundation consistency. It currently comes in six shades so you get your perfect tone.
This product is $8.99 and can be purchased here.
Coty Airspun Powder
My favorite powder to bake under the eye as it brightens and keeps everything locked into place. I love how it smooths out any imperfections ad gives a flawless, airbrushed finish.
Plus, it’s only $5.99!
Colourpop Lux Lipsticks
Hands down my favorite lipstick formula to this day, the Colourpop Lux Lipsticks are creamy, pigmented, and extremely long wearing. Check out my dedicated post on this product here for more info!
Essence Lash Princess False Lash Effect
False lashes in a tube. This is the only mascara I have been reaching for for months. I have used this more than any other high end mascara, as it does a way better job. Plus, for $4.99 can you really go wrong?
Your lashes will be fluffy, separated, and super long.
NYX Glitter Primer
If you need to intensify any shadows or pigments, the NYX Glitter Primer will be your best firend. This hold shadows in place much longer than any other primer and it gives your products the punch they need.
Whenever I do a cut crease eye look I always reach for this product. You won’t get as intense of a look with just Mac Fix +, so go grab this primer!
Wet N Wild Cushion Foundation & Contour
When I haven’t been using the Physician’s Formula foundation, I have been reaching for the Wet N Wild Cushion Foundation and Contour. This foundation is so hydrating on the skin, lightweight, and looks great.
The contour cushion is also very natural and can be built up to acheive your desired level of contour. It also works well with any other foundation, so you don’t have to pair it with the cushion foundation!
Check out my recent post on these products for more details!
L.A. Girl Strobe Lite Powder
If you need a highlight powder that is perfect to wear at office, but can be built up to blind people at the club, this powder is for you. The L.A. Girl Strobe Lite powder comes in a multitude of shades, so you’re guaranteed to find your perfect match.
The powder is silky, glowing, and not chunky or glittery. It looks great on all skin types and will last all day (or night)!
This powder is $7.99 and can be purchased here.
Flower Beauty Seal the Deal Hydrating Spray
The mister on this spray is so fine, you’ll think you spent $30 on a setting spray. This spray will bring the hydration back to your skin for a dewy, glowing appearance. It also locks in makeup all day.
This doesn’t have a strong fragrance and a little bit of product goes a long way! Flower also has a long lasting spray that would be perfect for oily skin types!
This product is $12.99 and can be purchased here.
