Colourpop does not stop working! They are constantly coming out with so many new products that it’s hard to keep up!
Welcome back to Haley’s Beauty Room my dears and for another new product breakdown. Last Wednesday Colourpop released their first lipstick formula. They have liquid lips, lippie stix, lip liners, basically everything except a true lipstick.

The Application & Wear
Super creamy and smooth. These lipsticks are very pigmented, so you only need a couple of swipes to cover the whole lip area. They are super buttery like they claim to be and feel great on the lips. I purchased the shades Lay Over and Uno Mas.
I will agree that the finish is a creamy matte. It has a slight sheen once set, but nothing dramatic. They feel hydrating on the lips and are VERY long wearing. After eating and wiping my lips off a ton, there was still a lot of product left on my lips. I feel like the color even stained my lips a little too.
I applied these without a lip liner and they didn’t feather or transfer to the rest of of the mouth area.
I think these are my favorite lipsticks ever. No, seriously. The formula is great. They look good on my lips. It doesn’t settle in my lip lines and it gives a hydrating and plump look.
Plus, for seven bucks can you really go wrong? I am immediately picking up more shades on the restock date (2/15). Colourpop has been killing the makeup game for the past year and if any future products are like the most recent past ones, the brand has a stellar future.
Have you tried these lipsticks? What are your thoughts? Let me know in the comments!
