Yum yum yum! This title just makes me want one of these so bad! As you know, I love pumpkin spice. Pumpkin spice and everything nice!
I found this recipe on Pinterest from another blog, Apple of my Eye. You can find the original post, here. I have tweaked this recipe to make it to my liking, you can also do the same.
The best part of this whole thing, one serving of this is less than 100 calories! So even with all of the delicious Fall goodies tempting you, you can enjoy this amazing drink without breaking your diet.
- 1.5 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1.5 tbsp canned pumpkin
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
In a medium sauce pan combine all ingredients.
Turn your stove on to a medium heat and continuously stir the mixture until all ingredients are smoothly combined and the temperature is that of a fresh cup of coffee. Or however hot you would like it.
Pour the mixture in to the mug of your choice and sprinkle a dash of cinnamon on top for a beautiful effect.
That’s it! You now have a delicious pumpkin spice drink that gives you Fall vibes while also being diet and healthy lifestyle friendly. You could totally add some coffee to this recipe to make your own PSL as well. I love to have this as a bedtime drink in place of hot cocoa!
