Top Mascaras for Full Lashes

Welcome back to Haley’s Beauty Room! Today I wanted to share with you the top 5 mascaras out there that are guaranteed to give you full, voluminous lashes that will last all day. Some may even have your friends questioning if those are your real lashes.

These mascaras have been tested and tried through it all, which is how I came to discover my absolute favorites. I tend to switch back and forth between these, depending on the look I am trying to achieve.

If you are planning on trying to get through a night out with friends or a long work day, these mascaras have your back. Step in to my office to read about the best of the best.

Too Faced Better Than Sex

A cult favorite for many reasons, Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara may literally be better than sex. This formula and wand provide intensely dark, full, long lashes. One coat is perfect for daily wear, but add a second or third and honey you are going to be killing people with how good your lashes look.

Smudge proof and long wearing, you are sure to be turning heads all day long. For one tube of this mascara, you will be down $23, but it will last forever due to how intense a little is.

L’Oréal Voluminous Original

Another cult favorite is the L’Oréal Voluminous Original. I think this is like the OG mascara. Seriously it’s been around for forever, and for good reason. Your lashes will be full and dramatic with one coat. Not to mention that this mascara stays put! I think I’ve fallen asleep with this one on too many times and think this looks just as perfect the next day.

No clumps and great length means you’re in for a terrific mascara. To top it all off, this will cost you $7.99 baby. That’s right, $7.99. Go purchase a few colors while you’re at it.

Dior

The Dior Diorshow mascara is absolutely fabulous. The wand is so fluffy and big that you are sure to cover every lash in its entirety. This mascara also contains lash fibers for a lash extension effect.

Each coat gives you larger than life lashes that are thick and long. I also really like that this mascara has a rose essence smell to it. I just feel so fancy whenever I use it. You do not get clumps or smudging throughout the day with this mascara, so your look is guaranteed to be perfect all day. The priciest mascara of them all, this is available for purchase at Sephora for $28.50.

Buxom Lash

One that I feel is totally underrated is the Buxom Lash Mascara. Buxom, being known for their lip products doesn’t get much attention towards this mascara. However, it should get a lot more love! Out of all of the mascaras on this list, you will get the most separation and length with this mascara.

Your lashes may not be as thick, but you can always pair this choice with one of the others for absolutely perfect lashes. If I have a day where I really need length, this is the mascara I continually go for. Intense, long lashes for $20.

L’Oréal Voluminous Lash Paradise

A new comer to the group is the L’Oréal Voluminous Lash Paradise. This mascara took the beauty community by storm a few months ago. It has been dubbed one of the official dupes for the Too Faced Better Than Sex mascara. I can totally see why.

This gives you major volume, no clumps, intense color, and longevity for just $9.99. Less than half of the price of Better Than Sex with a wand that helps you get every single lash. I think almost every time that I wear this mascara someone asks me if I have fake lashes on. It is that good and totally lives up to the hype.

Added Bonus: Lancôme CILS Booster XL Super-Enhancing Mascara Base

Bonus! A lot of people think that lash primers are totally gimmicky. However, I would definitely disagree. I think that if you struggle with your natural lashes or mascaras tend to dry out or break yours, a lash primer is the way to go.

We use a primer for almost everything else on our face, why not for our lashes? This mascara primer from Lancôme is absolutely wonderful. It conditions your lashes, which over time helps with length and volume. It also immediately primes your lashes for mascara application so your mascara applies thicker and the results are maximized. I actually just found out that you can also use this as a lash mask at night to nourish and rejuvenate.

Have you tried any of these mascaras? What are your thoughts? Let me know in the comments!
