Happy Tuesday loves! I am always looking for healthy snacks that are perfect for on the go. This summer I have really gotten in to protein smoothies as they are a quick, healthy snack that keeps me full for hours. Not to mention they are great post-workout!
After experimenting with a bunch of different recipes, this is my absolute favorite one. If you are a lover of peanut butter and bananas, keep on reading to learn how to make this fabulous protein smoothie!
- 1 Banana
- 1 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter (you can also substitute almond butter for this step)
- 2 Scoops Vanilla Protein Powder (chocolate would be good too!)
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 1 Cup Ice
Combine all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get creamy, smooth deliciousness! And that’s it! Enjoy your healthy, quick snack, packed full of nutrients that are sure to keep your body fueled!
